Description

When LD, DP or DT cards are missing firmware the card will not be seen in Recorder Manager > General Setup > Voice Cards.

Instructions

1. Stop Watchdog and TDM Capture Engine

2. Open E:\Impact360\Software\SmartWORKS\Firmware and ensure there are files such as ld24en.n.n.nnnn.pcie.bin where n equals the version number.

3. Open E:\Impact360\Software\SmartWORKS\smartwf.exe.

4. From File pull-down select Write Flash Image and select E:\Impact360\Software\SmartWORKS\Firmware\ld24e5.9.0.10##.pcie.bin the correct firmware build based on the card type. ​If the Telephony cards are PCIe you would use the flash version ending in pcie.bin.

5. When successfully completed, reboot server.
